Built D series turbo blow out, parts!!! garrett t3 super 60, bensons sleeved d16
i have a ton of D series stuff from my old project that i am looking to sell.
Crx Si tranny
Golden Eagle Vac. manifold (polished)
a (bare) bensons sleeved & copper o-ring d16z6 block. it was bored .020 over, the main cap was welded up & then the main was align honed back to stock specs! it was also magnafluxed to insure no pin holes in the block
eagle H beam rods w/ arp rod bolts (brand new in box never opened from plastic) <U>SOLD!!!</U>
ported and polished d16z6 sohc vtec cylinder head (needs valve train)
stock& complete d16y5 sohc vtec cylinder head (roller rockers)
old school JG engine dynamics ported & polished d16z6 intake manifold which is also highly polished on the outside.

0 miles on this complete kit that will work on Sohc D-series motors:
New Garrett T3 "Super 60" <U>SOLD!!!!!!!</U>
SS autochrome manifold (yeah i know its not the best) it has been braced to the engine block to support the weight of the turbo and prevent the manifold from possibly cracking. i have a few friends who have had success with this. i also had the head mating flange milled down to ensure a proper seal.
i have a 2.5" mandrel bent downpipe with exhaust wrap
Tial 38mm external wastegate
Aem charge pipe with turbo XS RFL Bov
mitsubishi 450cc injectors that have 0 miles since being ultrasonic cleaned, blue printed & balanced @ RC injectors
DSM sidemount intercooler
a pm6 obd0 ecu chipped with ZIF socket and plugged with a decent basemap to get you running... way better than a FMU however i was going to upgrade to obd1 & p28 reguardless as you eventually should too.
a bunch of other misc. stuff needed to make a turbo kit complete, such as couplings and t-bolt clamps etc..
