Hey guys. I have searched forever on this and can find any solid answers. I am going to be running my car in SFWD with times no lower than 10.00, and I was looking at the Autopower Bolt-In Rollbars because I am stull using stock interior and it looks like a good option for a street driven car, and I have checked all of the rulebooks that I could find but I cant find any concrete answers on the subject. BTW the frame/firewall is unmodified. Thanks alot guys.

 

No the autopower roll bars are not legal for drag racing.

i would not rock a bolt in cage. ever. just my o.o2 if you are goin that fast, do it right it is your life on the line. if it is bolted to the floor, welded top and bottom and all the seams are welded, it may pass for 10.00 but not for 9.99 or 135. i have seen some shady stuff pass for 11 sec passes, but once you get into a situation that you need to have it cert'd, i dont think it will pass.
