i want to lower my 93 civic ex but my exhaust is only like 4" off the ground now, it's an apex'i 2.5" international series i believe, angled muffler. if i lower the car i'm afraid the muffler will be destroyed cause it's so close to the ground, any suggestions that don't involve getting a different exhaust?

 

bend the hangers so the exhaust is tucked up a little more. my exhaust is pretty low and it doesn't hit.

 

i had the same problem for some reason apexi seats really low, put shorter hangers that might help...i just replaced the piping where it was really low...
