Default Rear Disk Brake Conversion Question*****

i have a 91 hatch si, i am just wondering if the rear brake setup off a 94 up integra will work? i know about the 90-93 integra brakes will work. but anyone know if the 94 up will work also?

i quite dont understand ... if you have the si you already have disc brakes. but anyhow in case you dont. I got myself a 90-93 integra rs brakes. Just jump to the junk yeard and get the whole trailing arm with the rotors and caliper. I'm not sure but i believe you will also need the e brake cables. I brought them with me too. I've also heard that the cables might be too long so you can use the crx si's one...

No, he has a hatch man...they didn't have rear disk, only 90-91 CRX Si's

You can use the '94 brakes but the ebrake cables will likely need to be routed creatively so they're the right length.
(I twisted the two together a few times to take up extra slack)

I wouldnt twist mine. You should do a lil more research on that year setup before attempting anything.

I would think getting DA E-brakes cables might still work. Last time I checked @ the Honda dealer, 90-91 CRX Si Rear Discs were the same as the 92-95 Civic Si, which can maybe conclud they the same as 94-01 Teg..just a thought. Dont hold me to it.

yea i got the swap done the day after i posted this, had no problems with the 96 up disk brakes working, i used the 96 integra ebrake cables also fit perfect and bolted right back in.
