HELP !!!!! i have a tire problem
whats up ......... i drive a 95 civic coupe and i just bought 15" rims and they have 195 60 15 tires , i am going out some time this week to buy lowering springs , i want a 2.25 " drop ( nothing higher ) i just wanted to know if my tires will rub when i turn . $ is tight so i dont wanna go out and buy smaller tires for the front , if it rubs just when i do u-turns thats fine with me but if it rubs all the time i dont want that ............. can somebody tell me if im gonna be fine or some thing else i can do to still get the overall look im going for my car ....

Your tires will be huge.
I ran a 195/60/15 for a little and rubed on sharp turns and that was at stock height.
The offset of your wheels will come into play also.

if this guy said he rubed on stock hight then im gonna have to buy new tires ........... so whats the bigest tires i can buy 55's or 50's ?

BTW if you went with the 205/50/15, it wouldn't throw your speedo off much.
Take the Kumho 711 for example.
The o.d. of the 195/50 is 22.7" while the 205/50 is only .4" more. The 205" is also about .5" wider.
