ok, so this is the story, im kind of new to the game of sway bars and that kind of stuff....i searched but no clear answers

i have a 99 ek, and i got a buddy that wants to sell me a progress sway bar (i think 19mm or something), and i want to know exactly wat i need to make this thing work, on my car.... like control arms, bushings, etc?

also i plan on getting an ASR Subframe Reinforcement Brace soon too...

any help please... thanks

and also wat kind of sway bar can or should i get for the front?

I have a 98 Hb but I think they are pretty much the same.I bought aftermarket LCA's,cause they have the sway bar holes drilled(they look better also).you'll also need swaybar endlinks and of course the sway bar and I think u are pretty much ready to go.i would recommend the Subframe Reinforcement Brace to prevent tearout.
