Default H22 head removal...

Just curious on how to. How hard.
I will be buying a Helms soon, but in the mean time any input? Thanks.

its not hard at all to remove a honda cylinder head.
the exhaust manifold,intake manifold need to be removed.
timing belt cover,timing belt.
you have to remove the valve cover to get to the head studs.
you shouldnt have a problem removing it.good luck
