Default 99 d16y8 motor-which crank pulley

i have a 99 d16y8 motor, but i dont have the crank pulley..which crank pulley is compatible with this motor?

Depends on what alternator you use. If you're using an EF alternator, they use a 3 rib belt so you would need an A6 crank pulley. Y8 uses a 4 rib belt so you would need the OBD2 alternator and plug.

the motor is obd1 now..its the stock alternator...so i need a 96+ 1.6 crank pulley, correct?

i used a 92-95 pulley on mine. it was 4 ribs.

1.6 si? cause im not tryin to use a 1.5 on 1.6

a Y7 pulley will work - the earlier pulleys like D16A6 will not work on the Y8 - they won't clear the CKP sesnsor
