Ok so i picked up my sisters civic today day that has been sitting for 5 months at the side of her house. Its a 1993 civic si hb. On the ride home i found that the car bogs out and hesitates below 3000 rpm. So i thoguht maybe it was the gas since it had been sitting for so long, that cleared up the back firing but the car is still hesitating. Tomorrow i am going to change the plug wires and plugs. An other ideas on what this problem could be? any help appreciated

 

Just do regular maintenance. Do an oil change. let the old gas burn away, change cap/rotor, spark plugs..
