I noticed showstoppers just started to sell this. Is anyone actaully considering replaing their current OEM spoilers. My thoughts are this would make the car look ugly. What do all of you think?

 

I was looking to get an Si spoiler on my EX. I'm not trying to make it look like an Si, so don't flame. I just like the look. I'd just have to get that painted, and the lip taken off. Anyone know how much all this would cost?

 

If you had a carbon fiber trunk, then it might look ok. But other than that I dont think it would look right, but that just my .02. But I am sure the cabron fiber junkies will be all over it.

How much is a carbon fiber Truck? Ford or Chevy?

Haha isn't the Ram SRT-10 mostly carbon fiber??

Does the Si spoiler fit with the same holes as the base lip???

So you're going to pay $300 just for " less weight" ?

 

The SRT-10 Ram doesn't have a single ounce of carbon fiber in or on it. Which is why it weighs 5000k+

IMO Carbon fiber would only look good on a subtle color, i.e. black, & galaxy gray. Any other color creates too much contrast.

That said, the carbon fiber OE wing would be the only logical choice for someone who buys a carbon fiber decklid, and absolutely HAS to have a wing.

Just my 0.02$...

 

Get the carbon fiber trunk with it!!!

The same exact thing can be said for CF hoods and trunks but lots of people get those without people talking about it in a negative way.

Seriously, I thought the CF trunk with no spoiler looked retarded.

I think it will look good with the cf trunk. Now we need that piece that goes around the damn license plate in cf.

 

looks like the oem one except in cf.....would look nice if they had a matching hood

Thanks for all the comments. I do not think this is something I am going to do. With the color tone of my car, the spoiler only would look weird. Maybe if I had the hood, grill and tails lights that would change the appearance enough for it to look good.
