But if you put a non power steering in your si then you won't have the sway bar in the front anymore because you will also need the front crossmember. I've been wanting to do this to my civic as well but Idk too much about it or what kind of a difference w/o sway bars in the front will do me.
If you got a rack from a 94 ex and put it in your civic did you have to change the member?? or just the rack???

yes did the loop hoses with breather....just isn't stock feeling...
(drove buddy's car with non power steering and non is much better then looping the hoses)

Hrm, just my $.02 on the issue:
The PS in a civic ******* blows. I've driven tons of cars both w/ and w/o PS - there's little difference in the civics without PS (b/c they're light) and the one's w/ PS (B/c it sux so badly)... I'm sure others will disagree but there was actualy 2 or 3 times hwen I didn't even realize the civic iddn't have PS until I went to do a U turn or turn around in a drivway or something....don't waste ur money on it...buy some rims or JDM parts or something :-P

It is.
You need a manual steering rack, then remove the PS system (or leave it in, whatever, just drain and d/c it) including the belt. You should be good to go from there.
I'm sure other integra models or other hybrid models will work - I'm sure there's specified cars that'll work - other than that which I'm sure somebody else knows, any 92-95 civic DX/CX/VX/hatch/coupe, whatever (the ones w/o PS) will work. It's the same rack in all of them.
PS: Why are you doing this? If it's b/c your PS is having problems and you don't wanna expletive with it any more, good plan, if it's to increase HP, bad plan. The strain that the PS pump puts on the engine isn't really significant - you won't notice much (if any) of a difference.
