To the untrained eye, It looks fairly stock under the hood as well. I think most people would notice the AEM cai and DC header first.

Looks great and all but you should have replaced the stock B20 rods. They are only safe to 6800k.

Aftermarket rods have holes to oil the wrist pins and make it safer to rev to 8k and beyond.

Hope she holds together.

I have talk to alot of crvtec people and they told me stock b20 rods are strong, Im not planing to bring this car up to 9k all the time, the most this motor will see is 8,500rpm with ctr cams.

Hows the tranny with the B20? Does the car redline too fast or does the motor rev high when your crusing at normal speeds?

oh hell yeah.. the b16 tranny with the b20 you fly threw your rpm so damn quick. But b16 tranny or type r tranny is good for 1/4.. All i have to say is when you race on the freeway it suck because you max out so fast.

Anyone have an idea what tranny to use? I heard the GSR tranny with an LS 5th gear is good. Any suggestions?

nope this motor is still untune. When I ran it at the track, i had 4 different check engine light cause i was using a 00 si ecu. That cause all the problem cause my b20 doesnt have a knock sensor a crank fluctator and more stuff. So vtec didnt hit strong so basically i ran without Vtec. My best time was a 15.4@93mph

Do you have a prob with running really lean?
Since the Ecu isn't built for a 2.0, isn't there some displacement unaccounted for?
I'm wondering, LS/Vtecs have the same prob, if you don't do something about it

I have skunk 2 harness from obd 1 to obd1 using p28 mugen ecu. The mugen ecu is to adavnce so i retard my timming by alot. Plus mugen dump alot of fuel out so i dont have to worry about running lean.
