Default Quick question, and need some input

I drive an automatic Civic EX (needed the auto transmission, lol). Do you think it's bad for the car/transmission to use the 1, 2, and D3 gears normally, as if it's like a clutchless manual?

Any info is great, thanks.

I think it would cause abnormal wear on the transmission.... but I'm by no means an expert. I don't know if those cars have 5 or 4 spd autos either.... I wouldn't recommend this but hey its your car...

actually if you continuelly shift gears hard in an auto, especially "popping" from neutral to a gear its a quick way to burn up the tranny.
