i got bored and I was looking at pictures on edmunds and I found an odd color interior for the 5th gen....

Yeah, That interior is pimp! Just like the SE 4th gens...Green and Gold outside...Tan leather...AHHH Beautiful!

 

i've got that, bordeux red exterior with that interior. i've got a 97 2.2vtec, BTW i hate it.

 

I have it- its dope, except the tan carpets get dirty..

 

I have that interior, it's sick. The car is green but it's gonna need new paint soon...97 is kinda old. I'm thinking yellow would look good. Anybody have any input? Don't mean to thread jack.

 

yea don't paint it yellow..... go back with your stock color, you'd regret yellow later

Any reason you don't recommend yellow?

 

^ i've seen a 5th gen in yellow and let me tell you not good.


anywho, i also had the Tan leather interior........and to say the least, i swapped to black cloth

I like this color, but only with a BLACK interior. You'd have to swap, and also you'd have to paint the engine bay and door jambs for it to look good at all. That costs a lot more than your standard paintjob. I have seen a Phoenix Yellow 5G Lude (ITR color yellow) and It was alright, but it left me with a sudden urge for a banana. JK It was different, but not really anything I'd want.

 

bmw estoril blue, if i had the money thats what i would spray mine, then i would sell my interior and put black cloth in with some s2000 fronts seats, but with that outlay i cud probably afford an estoril blue m3 evo
