I know alot of people used it on there rsx's and it got good reviews from the people i heard it on a rsx type-s before and it had a nice smooth rumble prob not going to add much without a race header or hondata reflash.
Try dc sports headers or wait for comptech to drop there headers on the market soon i heard people are not happy with dc sports quality lately as far hondata just go to there website.
DC race header = Piece of ****.
Just wait until Comptech releases their header. You can go to http://www.hondata.com to find a retailer near you that will do the Hondata reflash on your ECU.

You more than likely won't find a reflash for the Non-Si, Ever.
As for the race header, it is only available for the Si as of now. I can get one for my '05 EX. But seeing as you guys TECHNICALLY don't have a header, it sucks to be you. The "manifold" is integrated with the cylinder head. Your bolt on exhaust parts start at the B-Pipe/cat converter right there at the head. So you probably wont ever be able to by a header for it. Unless somebody comes out with a new head that eliminates the integrated head/manifold piece.

Yes, I am sure you could find a DCSports cat-back. But as for the HEADER, I am sure tha no aftermarket compant will come out with a header for the EX and lower. Simply because the head has an integrated exhaust manifold. Notice the picturo below...............

Unless acompany comes out with a cylinder head that wuill accomidate an aftermarket manifold, you ex guys are out of luck for a header on the EX.

That's ridiculous, just wait a few years. That's like saying no one will ever have a fast d-series.
Also, a cat-less "downpipe" of sorts would be beneficial for the R-series, and similar to a header, it just wouldn't look like one.

Can you say engine swap?
Depends if you are driving auto or manual. Your answer should be manual. To answer your question, a number of upgrades would need to be made. I think the only way you can get close is a turbo/supercharger and you will still need more performance parts. In doing that, there are so many factors to look at. An engine management system would help tremendously as well.
For the money you will spend, you should just have bought the Si.

Yes, can you make 200 on yours reasonably....no, unless you spray it.

I have an EX and i just put a cold air intake in it, (blue to match the inside) but once i get my next paycheck im gettin the MagnaFlow exhaust, cause that the only real thing they have for the EX rite now, and it sucks that we EX people will prob. never have headers for our cars. But im happy for now with my cold air
FYI, for you Si owners, Magnaflow just came out with the Si Catback.

If you love Magnaflow, then there you go. They have a sound clip/video up for idle/rev and drive by. No Dyno yet though...
