need help!!!! what i need to do to put ITR SPOON calipers on a BB6
you are going to have to fab up a new mounting brackets at the very least, unless the ITR has the same size rotors.

yeah. i guess ppl think itr calipers have to be this awesome thing. they are the same size as stock 5th gen, vtec 4th gen preludes.
kinda like how we can use nsx calipers too. i guess ppl don't realize we got it pretty good.
only problem with ITR calipers is they scream ITR calipers on a prelude cause it says "integra" hahahaha

and for the record in case anyone needs to know, all the knuckles are the same between 4th and 5th gen preludes(non SH) i believe. i can't confirm the knuckle on the sh

so let me get this right if i buy the calipers for a ITR it will fit me 5th gen (base). will i need anything else besides the calipers?
The type R rotors are slightly thinner than the prelude ones. But using the prelude rotors will give better braking performance because of the slightly greater thickness. There is a guy on absoluteprelude that has Spoon twin block calipers and OEM prelude pads/rotors. He installed all the parts without any fitment issues. Its a silver 5th gen his screename is "extinct".

are you positive about taht, i am pretty sure the ITR rotors are 23mm same as the 4th and 5th gen lude rotors as well. i've never seen a 22mm 11" rotor for any honda.

well for 4th gen ppl. if your car is a stock vtec. you already in essence have ITR calipers/rotor diameter. if you have a 5th gen, you aren't improving anything.
now spoon calipers are a different thing. for the money, there are better/bigger bbk's out there unless you just want the bling. you can also look at the Endless braking kit. there is a member on PO that has a set and wrote a comprehensive review on it.

i would buy endless, but the only reason why i'm not is because i won't be able to fit 15" rims for slicks....
