So, the car was operating normally until you went to start it one day and it didn't go into gear? Does it just grind or something? The only thing I can think of is that the slave cylinder isn't getting/retaining enough pressure to push the fork far enough to release the clutch disk... or your pressure plate has broken somehow. Look for a leak somewhere either in the line or in/around the master/slave cylinders. Check the underside of the bellhousing and the area under your dash where the master cylinder passes through the firewall. You might end up having to pull the trans and doing a close inspection of the clutch disk/pressure plate assembly.

Maybe someone else knows something I don't, though. Good luck!

check for leaks, if not its your slave cylinder if the clutch felt fine up untill now.

I just realised something... How are you able to start the car if you're not able to disengage the clutch?

i can only do it when it is in neutral, the clutch sensor is on the pedal not the clutch itself, i tried starting it in gear and the car "hopped" it started to move but the e-brake was on and so it stalled... if that helps anyone determine what it is thats wrong..
