5th gear Problem!

Hi everyone, i have a 96ek hatch with a 01 GSR motor with 99 LSD tranny, for some reason when i drive on the highway and i have it in 5th it pops off to neutral, its been doing it every like minute, i have to hold my hand in the gear hard for it not to pop out did anyone had this problem before and knew what it was?

i had the exact same problem with my gsr with lsd tranny...i fixed it by changin the tranny fluid
