Default tranny

i know some parts on the gsr motor differ from other b series motors sooo i was wondering if a tranny from a 95 gsr will bolt up to a b18a block. thanks in advance.

yes it will, all b-series trannies are interchangable.

im not real familiar with gsr tranny. i assume its short geared? better for the n\a setup?

the itr's and b16's have shorter gears than the gsr. they will be a better set up for a N/A.

GSR is the best all around tranny, or B16 with Ls-5th
Short Geared - N/A ..... B16 tranny
