I have 4 long flashes and the last one is a quick one that means it is code#41 right?

What is the Primary oxygen sensor heater. Is it the upper o2 sensor? What's the heater?

Is it this what I need to buy:

yes, but try resetting the computer first...it may clear the code

clearing the ecu first will not make the code go away unless the problem has been resolved.

primary oxygen sensor heater is your o2 sensor. being that it's an obd2, i'm going to take it that it's your upper o2 sensor, the one near the headers (or before the cat).

ya I resetted the ECU many times and the Check Engine light comes up about 200 miles later with the same code.
