on monday i took my crx to a shop to get it tuned with the hondata s200. i have a b16a2 and whats done to the car is all bolt ons, I/H/E/IM. the shop calls me and says the car has died and wont start back up while on the dyno. so i go up there to the shop and check it out. everything checks out electrical wise, spark plugs, injectors, ecu is sending a signal, the car just will not turn over, but it wants to. the guy workin on the car says it could be the fuel pump. the crx is still on its original pump. could this maybe be whats wrong? what else could be the problem, any ideas?

also, the fuel filter didnt let out any fuel when the pressure relief valve was opened.

can you hear the fuel pump cycle when you turn the ignition on?

 

i did try and listen for that i dont think i heard it turn on b/c i do kno what it sound slike when it turns on, but thing is it was kind of loud in the shop, so im not absolutely sure

 

go tuen on anyother car in the shop and you will hear a humm if there is no hum then there is no fuel pump running. Dont start the car just turn it on
