H22A4 Turbo EG Overheating issues
After driving my car for a little over 30min the temp starts getting pretty hot (over half-way mark on the temp guage more like 3/4s). Now I've got a fluidyne half sized radiator and no coolant leaks. My intercooler take a lot of the area in the front of the car, so I thought it may be a possibility that this could be a problem for cooling issues.
Also the tune may be causing the car to run hot.
Any suggestions or ideas on how to fix the problem?

Good idea. I have checked the fan and it does come on when the temp gets hot, but I will switch it on full time.

Yes, the thermostat does work. I even went so far as to take it out to not impede the coolant flow
, even though this didn't seem to have much if any effect.
Any other suggestions? The car is running fairly rich now. I read somewhere that this could cause overheating problems by the unburned gas igniting in the turbo manifold. Is this likely? Anyone else have overheating issues with a turbo h22?

could ur guage be off. i mean looks like uve covered all the critical points of overheating unless ur water pump is not performing right. altho there not direct waterpump faliure syptoms, weird stuff happens all the time like that.
Drain and flush the entire system. Then refill it with straight water. Sometimes, you'll find that you have a large air pocket, so instead of investing time and money on new thermostats, coolant, and such, just try this.
