This is where it's suppose to be:

Speed Sense .... blue/white .... ECM/PCM
**The ECM/PCM is on the front of the transmission tunnel.
**The connectors are on the passenger side.
**On the 4 cylinder models the VSS wire is in the white 31 pin connector E, pin 26.
**On the 6 cylinder models it is in the gray connector A, pin 11

Now does anyone know if this suppose to be in the engine bay or inside the car underneath the passenger's dash? I'm trying to help a friend put in his navi, and it's a good learning experience for when i put mine in.

 

I found the wire, the ecm is behind the center console on the passenger side. The white plug is the very right harness and the blue/white wire has 1 dot on it and is on the bottom row of the harness.
