Yes and no. An OBDI PR3 actually exists (1992-1993 Integra XSi).

what in the hell is your infatuation with the "sound of vtec"? i swear every post youre saying something like "stock gsr cams willm ake my vtec sound different than stock b16 cams."
1. get p28 or basically any obd1 ecu
2. identify the 26 pin chip specified on the crome site
3. grow some nuts
4. get a low voltage iron and a solder sucker
5. go to town until it falls out.
6. insert 26 pin zif socket
7. call tuner and say "hey i have a stock obd1 b16, need a crome chip for it, its stock, i just want a 5100 vtec, 8200rev limit, no knock and no o2. oh yea, try to get me as closeto about 12:1 straight across as you can guesstimate by teh info im giving you. can i pick you up anything form taco bell"
8 insert said chip into said zif socket
9. enjoy "the voice of vtec"
