Default no spark??

So earlier this evening, i finished replacing the valve cover gaskets and spark plugs grommets on the accord. I decided it was time to wash the engine bay, so i sprayed a little engine degreaser around the areas of the brake master cyclinder/power steering, behind and under the intake manifold where more grease is found, the firewall, tranny, and the block where oil stains was building and let it sit for 15 or so minutes.
Then it started to get dark so i quickly hosed the engine bay. Little did i realize that i had forgotten to cover the dizzy and other electrical components from water exposure. I thought "**** did I just fryed the ECU and dizzy". I got in and started it up, it fired right up and everything was running fine then about 15 sec later it starts acting up, the idle was fluctating and bogging, like going to 1500 and dropping to 500, it did this for about 10 seconds and just idled to 100 and stayed there.
I tapped to give it a little more gas so the idle would stay higher to warm the car up. At first I kept it at 15k rpms and let it go, it drops down to 100 again, so I did it again this time keeping it at 2k and then it happened, it shuts off immediately. One thing only came to my mind "fuel cut off?" but where?

I started it again and it just cranks and cranks but no spark. the fuel is priming and everything is working. Turn key to on position and all indicators are lit up, no CEL, nada.

so my questions stands:
1) did any of the electrical components get exposed to water?
2) did I just fryed the main relay? the ECU?
3) could i be losing spark?

any of you guys in here that know accord like the back of your hand willing to point me in the right directions?? i need this car working again before winter get here in like two months. thanks.

Edit: BTW its an auto 93' Accord EX sedan. She ran fine and even fired up in -0 shitty MN climates. This is the first time I see her fail me, besides replacing battery. I just topped her on a full tank of 89 octane the day before and I did check the fuel lines going to the FPR and there is fuel. I open the fuel cap and released some pressure (don't know if this is helping). ALL thats left is to check for spark as of right now I didnt get a chance tonight because it was getting too damn dark to see anything. Also when i put the plug wires back i might've put it in a wrong firing order, but she fired up the first time so i'm guessing it can't be me missing up the firing order. If someone can draw me a fire order or diagram I would appreciate that too.

Srry for the long post, I wanted to make sure i was clear on my part.

let me start off by saying ive made this mistake before of not covering things in the engine bay, (not something ive screwed up twice). This is just my guess but i think the dizzy is screwing up. i did the same thing you did on my old integra with the same symptoms, took it to a shop and they replaced my dizzy. worked fine after that. so i would defintely say its electrical if nothing was covered. i would have someone verify that for you though before replacing random parts. ya know

remove the distr cap, and dry up all inside there,, if you got compressed air it would work great,, otherwise spray some carb cleaner and let is dry a bit ,, also pull up the plug wires make sure that there is no water in the tubes..

try this and see if it starts and runs normally

update: well, yesterday after cleaning and drying the dizzy i went to burrow another friends dizzy and try it on mines, still no dime. I then took out the main relay and swapped with his, again no dime. I got tired after all this and went to bed.

This morning i took off the valve cover again to see if water might of condensed or puddled in the valves. To my surprise the T-belt was very loose, at this moment i was like "F..K me, you gotta be shitting me, it snapped." Yes, there it is all loose and can easily be pulled out with my pinky

So today imma go get a new T-belt and water pump Anyone know if the head is F..ked Up when the T-belt snapped? or if the Valves are bent?? Thanks again for everyones input.
