can someone help me w/this question...im confused! ASAP
i've been reading many blogs between the difference of the SH and the Base model prelude. i dont know what mine is. i dont know if i have an SH or a Base model prelude. i have a 98 honda prelude, but i dunno if its an SH or a Base.
i read on a blog that if you have a thirds brake light than its not an SH. and if you dont, then its an SH.
any help please?

are the OEM sideskirts and the rear skirt the same color as the car? if so it might be an SH....

4th gen didnt come in that flavor, only 5th gen, too bad so sad. So if you have a 4th gen its either , Base, S, Si i think..

Look at the Vin# in the upper driver corner if is says bb615 it is Type SH if is say bb614 in the vin it is base model. ex. for VIN # JHMbb615 then some other letter/numbers
You can also look at the oil filter if it is located on the driver side and angled (look under the intake manifold) it is sh and if it is lower and straight out it is a base model.
