Default Will 1990 Prelude 4ws struts fit in a 1990 civic lx

Pretty self explanitory but.....Just wondering if anyone knows if 90 prelude struts will fit in 90 civic. The prelude is 4 wheel steer. And if they will fit what is the drop? There was no reply in the civic forum so Im gonna try it here....Thanks for the help.

Easy way to find this out yourself. Go to http://www.partsamerica.com and search for struts for both cars and see if the part # matches up

Yeah that would tell me if they are the same strut. But it wont tell me if they will fit even if they arent EXACTLY the same. none the less, I will check the numbers... Any other input? anyone?

I don't believ so. I am pretty sure the chassis and suspension systems are completely different.

preludes and accords have the same chassis (or are really closely related) and civics/tegs are the same. so in short no tehy are not the same. tehy may fit but are valved for a lighter car. thus blown fast and awkward handling.

If I had the coilovers to look at right now I wouldnt be on here.. mybuddy has them 120 Miles away at his parents house just sitting there. I dont want to drive 120 miles to pick something up that wont fit. Hence check with H-T to see first. Why bother to respond if you just THINK something...only post info if you KNOW it.

you MAY be able to get the struts to bolt into the car, but they will almost positively be much taller and valved for the heavier lude.
if you just want the car to be driveable do it, but if you want the car to be put together right and safe use the RIGHT parts.

This is a place for asking questions. If you dont want to answer it then dont, but dont be a douche. Just wanted a little help people, no reason to get your panties in a bunch.

To let you know I checked Napaprolink pictures/specs to see how close they were. The fronts were only an inch off, the rears were quite different.

Also, Street_Ruler I recomend vagi-clean for the sand in your vagina. Your mom told me it worked quite well for her.
