Default Header Question - Stainless or Ceramic coated

What kind of header do you guys suggest, I've heard Ceramic ones give a fraction more hp at a lower price compared to the stainless steel equivalent. Any help would be great.

Well stainless raidates more heat with in the engine bay unlike ceramic. Ceramic keeps more of the heat with in keeping the engine frome getting heat soaked. But Jun adn Spoon and toda are all stainless and they are some of the best so I dont think it will help that much in the final resalt so I would go with what works best with your set up.
