I have never seen those in person, but I will guess they use the common design, and if so then the adjustment mechanisms will be the same. If you'd like, I can email you a copy of our installation manual with diagrams that detail the installation process, and also how to make height adjustments while the coilovers are installed on the car. PM me your email addy if you'd like.
As far as damping, I can't help you out there. It will depend on many different things, like how effective their damping adjustments are, how large the range is, what kind of ride quality you want/can tolerate, and what sort of performance you're looking for. However, if you cannot tell the difference between even the max high and max low settings, then something is wrong for sure.
edit: Also, a tip - bumping your own thread so frequently is a sure way to discourage would-be helpers from contributing. It can come across as somewhat annoying to certain people.

reason why is my friend who install my suspension, he do it to the point where the shocks is not being use. is so tight to the spring, and he put all the pressure on the spring, i think i have to take it apart, and do it over.

PM received, I will email you the installation instructions as soon as I get back to my computer.
It should be pretty easy.

To loosen the spring, loosen both the top and bottom collars - do the bottom one first, turn clockwise. Then loose the top collar, also turn clockwise. The collars should be tightened against the spring so that the spring does not move up and down at full droop (when the suspension is fully extended, like when the car is on jackstands), but it shouldn't be so tight that you can't turn the spring by hand.
To adjust height, tighten the bottom collar and top collar against each other as tightly as you can get them - so turn the bottom collar counter clockwise, and the top collar clockwise, this will tighten them against each other. Then, loosen the lower mount collar by turning it counter-clockwise.
To raise the car up, you want to spin the entire shock counter clockwise, this will raise it up inside the lower mount. To do that, you will turn the bottom collar (counter clockwise). When you turn the bottom collar, the top collar should also turn with it, and the entire shock should turn.
To lower the car, you want to turn the entire shock clockwise, this will lower it into the lower mount. TO do that, you will turn the top collar clockwise. Again, when you turn the top collar, the lower collar shoudl turn with it, and the entire shock should spin.
