Default Help fidanza flywheel question

Is it true that when you install a fidanza 7.5lbs flywheel that you will lose torque?

I dont think so, I have read, that a lighter flywheel will suck with normal driveability. Meaning if your stuck in traffic it is harder to drive because you lose inertia from the motor.

it would make sense that when installing it, and rpm is reached quicker that more power and torque would be sent to the wheels am i right or wrong?

the flywheel has its best function out of gear (IE rev matching...shifting...etc) There are studies that show it increases torque in the LOWER gears, but not drastically..But it certainly does not lose torque

I am using a Fidanza 7.5 on my B18A and have zero driveability issues, in traffic, on hills, or any other condition. I guess it is more a matter of driving skill, but anyone should be able to master it. Same goes for puck clutches.
