I have about 25k on my vehicle now and the stock pads look like they have alot of meat left on them. How many miles do you guys usually get with the stock pads with just city driving or track events?

 

I changed mine out at around 20k. 1 Track event, mostly city driving, and a couple autocrosses. When I changed em out, i think i saw a crack down the middle of the pads.

 

Front pads: shot after 3809 total miles including 223 actual track miles (roughly two track events).

Rear pads: still have plenty of pad material on them after 10008 total miles including 699 actual track miles.

 

35K miles amd still have the originals on. Still stops on a dime!

 

I had 13,000 km and 90% of the pads left. After one track day they were toast. the top and bottom 2 inches were cooked white and crumbly to the touch, and the middle was shiny and glazed.

 

I just hit 40,000 and my brakes are in great shape
