firewall brake line bolts broken, replacement???

firewall brake line bolts broken, replacement???
I took off some of the brake line components for 94 integra LS to paint the firewall and rest of the engine bay, and some of the bolts the lines and ABS stuff bolts to broke off from rust.
Can they be replaced from the backside of the firewall? Or do i have to drill and install all new ones. Any info is appreciated, thanks.

basically i need to know if i can get to behind the firewall inside of the car where the dash is now to replace the screw/studs from the inside......looks like it might be a custom customization...hold on to your pants....
