i believe if you try to remove the main piece in the middle you should have access to the 19mm bolt that loosens and tightens the steering wheel
are there any torx bolts on the side of the middle piece? (the entire piece)

i remove dthe middle piece. then removed the little button for the horn. then i just see a black surface that i cant move out of the way and there are no screws / bolts to unloosen.

i'm guessing the piece in the middle is screwed in the same place the airbag would be. pop off 2 little covers on the sides of the steering wheel and you should see a couple screws on each side holding the middle piece in. once you get that taken out you'll see the big 19 mm nut holding the steering wheel on.
just remove the whole T section of the steering wheel n u will have alot of acces to the 19mm bolt that keeps the sterring wheel in place. the T section of steering wheel staps rite back in place very easily
wow thakn you.. for picture and instructions. now i just pull the pieces out and it comes right off? or will i have to remove the top iece of the steering colum first?

didn't u say that the clip 4 the horn was behind the center cap so just take that off first n unclip it n then take off the t section afterwords...it comes very easy

Just rip the middle part off, It is velcored on the seams. THen you have access to the bolts. Make sure not rip off the horn wires. Don't literally rip it off, just take your times and feel around for hte seams and pull it apart from there.
