B16 swap. Wiring 2nd o2 sensor. What wire is origanal o2?
Hey guys whats up.
Ok so I'm getting around to finally fixing some tiny things.
And I need to wire the 2nd o2 sensor.
I know where it should go into the ECU harness. But I want to know what wire is the first origanal o2 sensor.
Its a 90 integra rs. B18A1 to B16A swap.
I'm using a Megan Racing Header from my ls motor so I only have 1 o2 sensor.
I'm just going to tap into the 02 sensor and trick the ecu into thinking there are to.

you need to have 2 o'2 bungs welden on to the header for each cilinder pair

Early VTEC engines use two oxygen sensors arranged to read one cylinder pair per oxygen sensor. The mixture for each cylinder pair is tuned separately. It is important not to wire the sensors around the wrong way, otherwise one cylinder pair will run lean, and the other pair rich. It is also important not to wire one oxygen sensor into both sensor inputs, otherwise the engine will run either very lean or very rich.

hmm Yeah. I was going by them many many people who have done this and had no problems.
Guess I'll have to have a second put in.
Its going to have to run off one for awhile untill I can get it up to the shop.
Problem is. Every exhuast shop I have been to wont do it.
They see the header and say they dont want to mess it up, I'm like wtf???
its only a megan racing header. But I guess the blue/purple/gold tint make them think its nice or something.

Or slap the stock header on. But I dont want to do that.
