Default Need Advice or PART - '89 CRX Si Passngr. SEAT BELT LATCHING MECH.

Hello -

I'm trying to keep an '89 CRX Si alive until i can restore it correctly...

I need the passenger-side seat belt latch - the part that the belt's clip locks into...

...the whole thing.

i'd fix the original, but it doesn't look like it comes apart and my passengers feel uncomfortable without it...

The one that's there doesn't latch.

...do i need to chant some majikal spell at the service manager?

Is this fact readily recognized at Honda? Do i need to bring any special documentation? Do i need to prove that i know Hondie Junior personally or anything strange?

jokingly-serious.

but serious none-the-less

AWESOME!

Hey - i really want to thank you guys for takin' a sec to answer my question!

I called Honda, got three different answers...

But finally, they told me that both seatbelt buckles will be replaced for for free including labor and everything...

So thanks from me and my precious passengers!
