Megan Header...?

I am looking into buying a megan header as an aftermarket replacement for my cracked h22a header until I can get a rmf, smsp, etc. I know my current header has a flexpipe and was wondering why this Megan header does not and will it make a difference?

not sure why it doesn't have the flex pipe, but a friend of mine bought one of those headers just for a replacement when he did his motor swap, and he says it works just fine.

I have one, it also has a flex pipe.
Remember, don't connect the support to the back of the block.

Why do you say that? I think I read somewhere that it will rip it off or something like that?

mine is broke in half now also

Mine cracked and I had it re-welded. I went through this process several times in few thousand miles. When mine would break it would pull away from the pipe and cause a huge exhaust leak. Since removing the braket, I've had no problems and it's been 12-15k miles now.
