Default would anyone in the market for a R buy something like this?

would anyone looking for a TYPE R to build up.
buy a Nice clean body TYPE R with conversion and recaros the whole nine with no motor for lets say $15-17,000 ???

I was wondering if my friend could sell his car like this. just a thought what you guys think?

I'd say at most, you might get 12-15, but that's just me.

F*ck all that,

If All was missing was the motor then $10,000.

The engine alone was worth $5,000. with good mileage and $2,500 under serious conditions or serious racing.

The tranny alone is worth up to $3,000. for a pristine specimen.

Good for him, and the Black market is a wonderul thing....

I sold my wrecked R for alot less than $10,000. but, it was to a friend and not as a resale of a legit R, ONLY FOR SALVAGE!

Your friend is lucky as hell Acura told me that honda did not make a crate R anymore and I had to buy it piece buy piece **** I have spent like 7K on a brand new motor and tranny etc.
