alternator won't charge and im looking for an alternator fuse. i know there is one in the interior fuse box(7.5 amp) still good. honda-tech member says theres one in the underhood box but I can't find it. don't see any that says alternator. if there is one can anybody tell me where exactly it is, whats fuse name, and how many amp.
No, it doesn't say 'alternator'. You should PM "Spunkster" and ask him - he's MacGyver!
Also, this happened to me about two or three weeks ago. Was driving and my car died, jumped it and it wouldn't hold a charge/re-charge. Then I was about to change out the alternator and discovered that the electrical eyelet had no bolts on it and was corroded as all Hell! So I sand papered/scoured the connection (thanks Spunkster), bolted it on, and it WORKS!
It's ali-i-ive!

Sorry but there is no fuse from the alternator to the battery. Your going to have to change your alternator or have it checked
