Car has trouble Starting Car..
I have a 95 LS, and i've been having trouble starting the car with the first turn of the key. When i turn it the first time, it won't crank the engine, i repeat this 2-3 times then it'll start. Sometimes i would have to MASH The clutch all the way to the ground and turn the key then it'll start. I've been thinkin can it be the fuel pump? or Cap and rotor ? I checked and it's not the battery...I had a similar situation when i had an EG when i first learned how to drive stick, it'll always start in the beginning, but when i stall, and try to start the car again, it won't until 3-4 tries.

I'm almost 90% sure its your main relay....if your car is always in the sun, those main relays tend to go... what year is your car? its normally found under your steering column, it should be a brown or silver color depend on the year...it should say MAIN on the front of the relay and there are 4 or 5 connectors on it...its probably about the size of your palm....
I don't know alot about hte main relay but have heard it can be trouble like ^^^ was saying.
my car would just go click, not turn over for MONTHS before just this week it actually just went click everytime.
some times it would go click i would turn car off turn on again and click
off and on again and then START.
so idunno it KINDA sounds like that... but the click of course was the solenoid going into the starter motor but the starter had locked completely this week so i had to replace it.
If it does start every now and then I would say check on the main relay like last guy said.
Let us know if that fixes it too so people can read back on this.

Is this the sound? It's a little muffled but that sound was caught while inside the vehicle.
I don't think it's heat related in the sun.
I was told maybe the starter? Not sure either.
If it does that, you may want to take your club/screwdriver/blunt object and hit the top of the starter. This may allow you to start the car. This worked on my friend's EF before he replaced the car. Only do this if you are totally frustrated and need to start the car but can't after 3-4 tries. Remember, this is not the fix, it's the workaround that should work until it is totally resolved.
Another trick might be to start your car in gear or in neutral. This suggestion might just be a urban legend though.

here are some pics. I hope at least it will help you try to find it...
Pic 1
On the left side of Pic 1 is the intake thingie. It's basically on the left side of the engine (assuming you are facing the engine. If you see your cap and roter, start looking down for a part with a Denso label (i know 1999 Integra starters are purple but not sure about other years). I think you can see a thermoswitch near the label screndriver as well shown in brass and blue
Pic 2 shows a little bit better. No screwdriver in the way. I probably would advise using the sharp side of the blunt object.
Pic 3 if you look and lean over that part of the engine bay, this is what you can see.
Those good enough?

yea i see that part then, i was changing my cap & rotor today, and that didn't fix the problem. That starter is just north of the tranny, thanx...i'll try to take it to a mechanic and see what's really the problem.
You say you have to mash the clutch in all the way sometimes and then it would start? This might be a long shot but check out the switch behind the clutch pedal. It may be bad and not letting the car start.
