Too bad to put new rims on?
Hey i just got my rims mounted rotated and balanced. My current toe/camber settings are
Front L
camber: -1.9*
toe:0.05*
Front R
camber: 0.3*
toe: 0.07*
Rear L
camber: -3.6*
toe: 0.37*
Rear R
camber: -2.1*
toe: 0.27*
i have new rims and 205/45/16's....these alignment readings are with the new wheels on, just taken yesterday, but the shop tried to charge me like 590 for caber kits for only 3 corners saying that my new tires are gonna get really messed up with the current alignment....so i told them to put the old wheels back on...would it be alright to put on the new wheels again with these readings? i know it will change a lil bit due to the tire size and whatnot but i dont think it will change that drastically since these readings are with the new wheels on....would it be safe to put them on again? i wouldnt need an alignment right?

the camber is a little funky, but not a huge deal.
fix the toe in the rear, your tires will be fine.
what's up with the positive camber in front? you hit something?

finally some1 with some input..thank you very much
no its not positive camber...i just forgot to put the negative haha...
so u think the .37* toe in the rear is too bad for the tires?

Camber can be a bad thing depending on the toe. The closer apart your TOE is from 0, the faster your tires will wear out. This is the method you use if you don't have a camber kit. If you do, then set the spec to whatever you want, or just oem spec.
You CAN run those settings but your tire longevity will be unknown, for the rear at least.

Yeah, the .37 and .27 is going to destroy your tires, esp with the camber back there. The camber alone won't do much.
