LS OIL PAN QUESTION
Quick question, i have an idea i just wanna double check
im reaplacing my LS oil pan an new gasket
i took off the old gasket off my new pan, and there some rubber that has stuck to it, whatdo you recomend to take off. theres not much
and theres a smooth side an a side with grooves on it, the grooves go on the pan and the smooth part goes on the block correct ?

Get a razor blade/exacto knife and clean up the old rubber and install the new seal and bolt it up
