so i got his code 3, 5 what's going on??????????????????????
ok, yesterday my car started acting up. thought it was the o2 sensor. well i guess it's not. so i decided to read the ecu for codes. i ended up getting a 3, which is a map sensor code.
i replaced the map and now it's giving me a 5, which is also a map code. so i'm thinking someting is triggering the map to shoot this code. what can trigger a map code?
it's a 93 dx, with a jdm b16a!

disconnect the MAP sensor connector, turn ignition key ON (engine not running) and check for voltage between the power and ground wires in the harness side of the connector. there should be approximately 5 volts. if not, check the wires for breaks and poor connections repair as needed. try that only thing i could think of.

1st check to see if u get power and ground, then we'll move onto other things. i dunno if valve adjustment matters, but i dont think so.
