Kosei K-1 16 x 7.5" Wheels - Rubbing? Tires?
Hey... I was looking to buy these, I"m not sure what the offset is of them. I am currently running Neuspeed Sport (1.8" drop) springs.
Is anyone running these, and if so, any problems? I was also looking to run the 215x40x16 Azenis. I'm scared of rubbing in the front. My search turned up the offset question, but didn't answer it clearly. I fear the already wide Azenis with a 7.5" wide rim will be even wider. I may have to either use a different brand 215x40, or go to a 205x 45... Experiences? Opinions? Thanks!

I dunno how you can fit 7.5" wheels on this car without some fender mods. I run 15x7 and 225/45 Hoosiers. I had to roll the fawk out of the fenders and the tires still flex and rub the rear trailing arm. They have a nice showcar polish in one spot

Warren- were you referring to k1 7 1/2" wheels or all wheels? if all, would that mean I would have to roll the fenders with 7 1/2" ssr competitions? that's the only size tire rack sells for these cars in 15".

Any 7.5" wheel. I know RTR runs these wheels, but they probably rolled the crap out of the lip, or just plain cut it.
Just be ready to make mods. You may need to repaint the fender too if it cracks or flakes the paint off. Use a heat gun to prevent this.
