DC5R stock Brembo calipers

Will the JDM DC5R's Brembo calipers bolt right on to the USDM's RSX? Or is there any parts that has to be changed?

Anyone knows?

You will need they type r hub, a arm, and 17" wheels with a bigger offset, and a lot of $$$$
