I have a 96 civic dx coupe with a 98 civic ex motor(99 engine harness and distributor) and complete changeover of 99 civic ex interior wiring. My check engine is on. When I change the o2 center that is located before the cat because the scanner reads it was bad. And when I scan it again it still said the o2 is still no good. Do anyone know whats the situation to this. thank you.

 

Did you reset the ECU after the repairs? If not, try it.

 

how do I reset the ecu. and before i changed it the 02 wire connection was in the wrong sequence, can the ecu be still good.
