cat converter question need to know answer asap
OK here is the deal i have a 99 civic with a b18c1 in it. now when i get it ref'ed will i need an acura cat converter or a Honda cat converter or does it even matter i need to know asap!!!!!!
considering that honda is acura, i don't think it will matter.
Also your car is OBD2 so they'll just hook up to the OBD2 connector and that's the test. I highly doubt they'll inspect your cat thoroughly

It would'nt matter, as long as there's a cat on your be alright. You'll pass as long as everything is hooked up right. If you have any aftrmarket parts make sure you have a C.A.R.B# or E.O#.
