hi guys,

whilset im re-building my head to fit type-r cams i want to polish up my ITR inlet manifold and throttle body, has anyone got a guide etc on what i have to use to get the head casing and other aliminum parts shining again?

also is it safe to polish the combustion dome/chamber on the head to a mirror finish also?
