Just installed the foglight kit from password JDM in my 97 civic. Tested the lights with the bumper off and the dash apart to see if they worked and they did. So i put everything back together and put the bumper on,turn the lights on and it blows the 15amp fuse the kit came with. So i checked all the wiring under the hood,the ground is on correctly, then took the dash back off,checked all the wiring, put a 10amp fuse back in(only one i had) turned lights on..they work..turn them off and then back on and it blows the fuse again...soo apparently its grounding out somewhere maybe....Is the fuse supposed to be a 15amp? Could the the wiring be faulty in the loom? I duno.. volts at battery read 12.87..the relay is working properly.
