24.5 tires, 2 step at 8200, no anti lag yet, but building 7-8 psi on the 2 step, pre loading and letting the clutch out fast at the drop of the tree. no side step, i guess you could call it a dump he hee.

obvoiusly depends on the track but usually around 5800 or so. then again my car has the sickest midrange of any car ever LOL

stewart engines cylinder head + full-race intake manifold + full race divided collector top mount + GT ball bearing turbo = unbeatable midrange!

with that combo my 1.06 T4 GT40r spools faster than my T3 .63 GT35r. pretty crazy

ive come to the conclusion that 60 foot means almost nothing, 330 is everything. i see lots of cars with comparable 60's to me (mid 1.6's seems to be standard) but i can be as fast as 3-4 tenths quicker in the 330?

with my big fat powerband and low launch rpm...im in first gear forever, and hold it out as long as i can...... 60's arnt that impressive 1.60-1.62 on fresh tires...cant break into the 1.5's yet (i probably could if i swapped gate springs) but my 330's are usually much faster than people who even have better 60 foots than me.....must be a momentum thing or something.......hell if i know, i just want to go faster!

also ive decided that spinning isnt always a bad thing under certain conditions.

hell what do i know. i think jason hunt should come post then just lock the thread

i agree. my 60 was actually .02 worse than usual on my 10.92 pass. but my 330 was my best by .2. i don't think i can better my 330 without full throttle shifting on the 1-2.

how many of u guys lift when shifting?

Instead of moving your entire clutch leg/foot up to bring the clutch out, you just use part of your toe to hold it in and slide it off quickly letting the pedal literally pop up. This, more often then not, leads to broken stuff unless your drivetrain is built for it.

Whats the best way to tell when your vehicle speed catches your tire speed to shift second? I find my 330 numbers suck *****. Even if I bog second or burn right through second...I find it hard to shift quick and fast without shocking second. I guess I needs alot more seat time!
