Swapping drum to disk brakes in a 93 Honda civic Ex 1.6

I wanna swap out my stock trailing arms with the drum brakes on them to same or later year model with disk brakes. Can this be done and if so what is the best way and the cheapest way to do this.

next time you use your moms computer do me a favor and view all the faq's on the top of the first page, there is an entire guide to break swaps.
